I'm looking for Omega back earrings with a post. I've called or e-mailed the major arts and crafts stores, goggled, binged, and asked but I can't find them. I have been buying from you for several years and have been very satisfied with the quality and pricing of your merchandise. My only complaint is that sometimes there is a lack of consistency between the actual item and the style #. i.e. I have purchased bead caps and spacers in the past that although they maintain the same item # when I receive the product there are variations in hole size or bead size. Just assign it a new number so the customer is alerted to the fact that there is a difference. This information is very important. Size criteria is essential in trying to duplicate a design.

For all of those whiners that want to see the prices. GET YOUR LICENSE or SELLERS PERMIT and stop crying. Timewell is a WHOLESALE company not a little hobbyist crafter supplier.

I'm so tired of seeing people that can't take the initiative to get their paperwork in order and want the same treatment as someone that has. This site has the best prices on chain, and findings period but if you're too lazy to get your paperwork in order and get your sellers permit don't sit here and cry about it.

I've been very happy with the quality & service I've received since I've started using Timewell. I order at least once a month. The low minimum order is nice and the prices are competetive. The onlt thing I'd like to see would be more information on the sizes of some items. Lack of clear sizing has kept me from purchasing some items.

I really love your website, products, and service. I have a few things on my wish list. ONE is that you would consider listing the sizes of findings (such as toggle clasps)in millimeters instead of in fractions of inches. Bead sizes are in millimeters. Calipers measure in millimeters. Keeping everything in millimeters is just more consistent and easier for professional beaders/jewelry designers. TWO is that you would lower your minimum order. THREE is that you would lower your sterling pricing (wire) to be consistent with the current pricing.

I can buy so much more merchandise for so much less than I used to through my old supplier, who I now realize had inflated prices. I recently priced chain by the foot at my old supplier and was able to buy twice the amount of chain, PLUS some finished chain necklaces PLUS 100 earwires, all for the SAME PRICE as ten feet of chain would have cost me with the other guys!
